How many of you have never used any drug to relax, sleep or just in parties?
I always thought its more common in Asia, but the rate is almost the same,let it be developing countries,
There was a time in my life when i was in depression, studies, family, other reasons too made me take some medicine which always relaxed me. Well here, or anywhere in my blog there is no discrimination. And i write for people, which definitely includes all religion, countries, means the whole world.
So, going back to the topic, i really got addicted to the medicine, call it drug abuse or anything.
What exactly do we want in our lives? Money, Fame, Love what? Ok here are few things listed, choose two of them and lets see what you want, there is no need to write back if you are uncomfortable or think negative about yourself.here we go:
1) Love
2) Money
3) Fame
4) Care
5) Family
Dont you think these all sound important. Right?
But you have to choose two! Hard isn't it?
This brain controls our feelings and when people don't get what they want then bad happens, few mature people might get control on their wishes, many cant. The harsh reality is then we choose the wrong way/path. Depression, anxiety, Failure, Bad relationships, No job, leads to drug abuse or in severe cases suicide.
Being a doctor I have seen many cases, some die and some survive.
In this Blog lets have an activity, Close your eyes and choose two things,again i'll say there is no place for three even!
Hope whatever you see or want,you get it.But try to be positive and think about your loved ones after making decision.Try to choose right path and I'd say May the Lord help you =]
Life teaches us, and let me tell you, if you learn, u'll have a wonderful life, but if you stay on the same path, You might get hurt, and i swear i don't want that to anyone!
Remember two things, if you loose and if it depresses you, don't isolate yourself, don't try drugs.
There are always ways and the best one is, REPLACE and MOVE ON!
Enjoy Life, you just get it once so dont waste your time and start to Love yourself first......
